The Profile area allows you to manage key business information used throughout your website. Many widgets and sections on your site can automatically use the information entered here, helping you keep your content consistent and easier to manage.
Open the site settings
- Open the site builder.
- Click the main menu icon located in the top left corner of the top bar.
- Select Settings.
4. Inside the Settings area, click Website status.
Your Profile area contains two tabs:
- Basic Information
- Contact Details
None of the fields in the Profile area are mandatory. You can leave any field empty if you do not wish to use it.
Basic Information
This tab contains your main business information and default settings for certain widgets.
Logo
Upload your business logo here to use it across your website.
The logo added in the Profile area may automatically appear in areas such as your website header depending on the layout you are using.
You can also change your logo directly within the editor by clicking on your business name/logo area on the page itself. The Profile area simply provides a more centralised place to manage your site information.
Recommended logo requirements
- At least 600px wide or 125px tall
- Supported formats:
- PNG
- JPEG
SVG
Business Name
The Business Name field controls the name displayed on your website.
Depending on your chosen layout, this may appear in:
- the website header
- the footer
other business information sections
Company Description
The Company Description field stores a short description of your business.
Older editor versions and some footer widgets may automatically display this text within the footer area of your site.
PayPal Account Email
This email address is used to prepopulate the PayPal Buy Now widget.
When you drag a PayPal Buy Now widget onto your page, the widget will automatically use the PayPal email address entered in your Profile settings.
Currency
The selected currency is also used by the PayPal Buy Now widget.
When the widget is added to your site, the currency will already be configured using the value selected in your Profile area.
Contact Details
The Contact Details tab stores your business contact information and social media links.
Many widgets can automatically use this information when added to your website.
The email address entered here may appear in your website header or footer depending on your chosen layout.
Contact forms on your website will also send completed submissions to this email address.
Country, Address and Postal Code
These fields are used to prepopulate the Google Maps widget.
When you add a Google Maps widget to your page, it will automatically use the address information entered in your Profile settings.
You can still edit the map location directly within the widget if required.
Phone Number
The phone number entered here is used by the Call Me button widget.
When you add a Call Me button to your website, the button will already contain your configured phone number.
X (Twitter)
Enter your X handle using the @ format.
Example:@lunaBarro
The X widget can use this information to display your latest posts.
Social Media Links
The remaining social media fields are used by the Social Bar widget, including:
- YouTube
- VKontakte
- TikTok
- RSS Feed
When you drag a Social Bar widget onto your website, any completed social media profiles from your Profile settings will automatically appear with their corresponding social icons.
Visitors can click these icons to open your social media pages.
Saving your changes
After updating your Profile information, click the Save button in the top-right corner.
Once saved:
- Widgets using Profile information will automatically update
- Changes will apply across your website
- Existing widgets connected to these settings will use the new information
