Professional email addresses using your custom domain help build trust with your customers and make your business look more professional.
Before you begin
You must have a domain name acquired through your site builder before you can create mailboxes.
Once a domain name has been connected, the Domains option in your dashboard menu will be replaced with Mailboxes.
Create a mailbox
- Log in to your dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, click Mailboxes.
If your package includes mailboxes, you will see how many are available for your account.
There are two ways to begin creating a mailbox:
- Click the Add mailbox button in the top right corner
- Or click the Add mailbox button inside the page
This will open the mailbox creation window.
Choose your email address
Inside the mailbox window:
1. Enter the name you would like to use for your email address.
Your full email address will automatically use your connected domain name.
2. Enter a secure password for your mailbox.
3. Once you are ready, click Add mailbox.
Your mailbox will now be created and added to your account.
Manage your mailbox
After creating your mailbox, it will appear in the Mailboxes list.
From here, you can:
- Change your mailbox password
- Delete the mailbox if needed
Access your mailbox
Once your mailbox has been created, you can log in through Webmail at https://mail.hostedemail.com using your full email address and password.
You can use your mailbox to send and receive emails just like a regular email account.
