What is Bookings?
Bookings is an appointment booking software with built-in payment features. It provides everything you need to start offering your services through your website. Clients can book your services to be delivered online (via video links) or at a physical location of your choosing.
You can also organise events with multiple attendees. There is no size limitation.
Who is the Bookings software for?
Our goal is to provide small businesses with the tools they need to succeed online. The Bookings software is for small businesses wishing to expand their reach. There are two types of Bookings services: Appointments and Events.
The Bookings software was created to allow the booking of services, not accommodation or hospitality.
Can I take payments for my services through my website?
Yes. There are different payment methods available in the app.
Can I add multiple staff members to manage the bookings?
Not at the moment.
Do I need a physical location to accept Bookings through my site?
No. You have the option to set up video calls and offer your services that way (i.e. an online class).
What is the difference between an appointment and an event?
Appointments allow your clients to reserve slots of time within your available business hours. You set up the type of appointment and its duration, and your customers can book their preferred slot.
Events are a type of service where you set the time and place. It does not necessarily have to be within your business hours. Customers can then register for the event.
Will e-mails be sent to my customers when they make a booking?
Yes. An email with the booking details will be sent automatically to them. As the site owner, you will also receive a notification and be able to see the reservation in your calendar.
