You can offer discount codes to your store customers. These discount codes can be for a fixed amount or a percentage of their purchase.

To create a discount code you will need to:

1. Log into your site builder account
2. Click on the main menu icon located at the top left corner of the screen
3. From the main menu, select Store
4. Click on Discounts in the store section
5. If discount codes are not already enabled, you will need to enable them using the toggle
6. Click on Add a discount code to create a new discount code

Create your discount code

Discount code. This is the code customers will need to input during checkout to receive the discount.

Discount type. Choose between a fixed amount or a percentage of the total.

Amount / Percentage. Enter the value that will be applied to the subtotal price (excluding shipping and tax).

Discount code is active. Enable this option if you want customers to use this code. You can enable or disable it at any time.

You can create as many discount codes as you want.

Using the discount codes

During checkout, your customers need to enter the discount code in the designated field.

After the buyer clicks on the Apply button, the discount will be applied to their purchase and the savings will be clearly stated within the Order Summary.
