When a customer places an order in your store, you will receive an email notification. To manage the order, simply click on the Manage Order button in the email. This will direct you to the site builder where you can handle all order-related tasks.
Alternatively, you can log into the site builder and navigate to the order details with the following steps:
- Click on the main menu
- Select Store
- Click on Orders to view all placed orders
- Click on the specific order you have just received to see its details
Order overview
When you access a placed order, you will see the following details:
- Products Purchased: A list of items, including quantities and total amount paid.
- Customer Details: Information needed to ship the products to the customer.
- Payment Information: Details about the payment method used.
- Change Status Dropdown: A menu to manage the order's status.
Change status
You can change the status of your order to one of the following options:

Payment pending: If the order was paid via bank transfer or another offline payment method, you need to manually mark it as paid.

Paid: Orders paid through any online payment method will be automatically marked as paid.

In Progress: Use this status to track orders you are currently working on. The blue bar will turn green as a visual indicator.

Cancelled: Cancel the order if you haven't received payment or if the buyer decides to cancel.

Shipped: Once the order has been shipped, mark it as shipped. The status drop-down will become inactive, and you won't be able to change the status again. The buyer will automatically receive an email notification that the order is on its way.
