While using the site builder, you can save sections to your personal library and reuse them anywhere on your website.
This is especially useful if you have created a layout you really like and want to use again without rebuilding it from scratch. For example, you may want to reuse the exact same section elsewhere on your website, or keep the layout while replacing the images and text with different content.
Save a section to your library
- Open the site builder.
- Hover over the section you want to save.
- An ellipsis icon will appear on the right-hand side of the section.
- Click the ellipsis icon.
- Select Save to Library.
Your section will now be saved to your personal library.
Please note that editing a section already placed on your website will not change the saved version stored in your library.
Add a saved section to your website
- While in the site builder, click Add content in the top bar.
- Select Add content again.
- Highlighted placement areas will appear throughout your website, showing where new sections can be placed.
- Click one of the highlighted areas to choose where you want to insert your saved section.
This will open the sections panel.
Find your saved sections
Inside the sections panel, you will see different categories and predefined layouts that can be added to your website.
On the left-hand side, you will find the category list. At the top of the list, select Saved.
Inside this category, you will find all the sections you have previously saved to your library.
Click on your saved section to place it on your website.
Publish your changes
Once you are happy with your changes, do not forget to publish your website to make the updates visible online.
