Note: Some features mentioned in this tutorial may not appear in your account, depending on your package or enabled services.
The dashboard is the main area of your site builder account. From here, you can access and manage all the tools included with your package, such as your website, store, blog, appointments, and integrations.
When you log in, the dashboard gives you an overview of your website and quick access to the features you use most often.
The menu on the left-hand side allows you to navigate through the different areas of your account.
Website
This takes you to the site builder, where you can edit your website’s content and styles. You can also publish your website from there.
Store
This gives you access to the Store plugin, where you can manage your products, orders, and other store settings.
Blog
This gives you access to the Blog plugin, where you can create blog posts and publish them on your website.
Appointments
This opens the Appointments plugin, where you can create services and events for your customers to book. You can also manage and edit appointments from here.
Customers
This is your customer database. It stores information about everyone who has completed a purchase on your website, booked a service, or submitted a form.
Domains
This takes you to the domain name picker, where you can register and connect a domain name for your website.
Once you have a domain name connected to your account, the Domains option in the menu will be replaced with Mailboxes, as a domain name is required before creating a mailbox.
Integrations
This section contains additional tools that help with the backend of your website.
For example, you can connect tools such as Zapier to automate actions, or Sendcloud to help manage shipping for your online store.
Settings
This is the main backstage area of your website. From here, you can manage advanced settings such as:
- Connecting or mapping domain names
- Creating redirects
- Editing privacy pages
- Improving your SEO
- Managing other website settings
Account
This is where you can edit your account information, such as your name, email address, and language preferences.
Logout
This allows you to safely log out of your account.
Help
This gives you access to our Help Portal, where you can find tutorials, guides, and FAQs about using the site builder.
