Folders are designed to contain sets of pages. The folder name will appear in your site's navigation menu. When you hover over the folder name, the pages inside the folder will be displayed in a dropdown menu.
Open the pages panel
To open the pages panel, where you can add/ delete pages or folders to your site, click the button below within your main bar.
Creating a folder
To create a new folder, click the red button located at the top right corner of the pages panel.
- Under Type, select New folder
- Enter the folder title in the field as you wish it to appear in your navigation menu
- Click the yellow Done button when finished
Alternatively, you can password-protect this folder. This means no one can access the pages inside the folder without the username and password you set for it
The new folder will automatically appear in your navigation menu as a drop-down. Each new folder includes a page called Index. This page is necessary because every folder must contain at least one page, and it cannot be deleted. You can hide the Index page or change its name if you prefer.
Publish your site or use the Preview mode, then hover over the folder. The pages inside the folder will be displayed.
